Ashland Educational Services is an agency member of
The International Center for Academic Evaluation. It is recognized by
the United States Department of Education (DOE) as an EROD national association.

The International Center for Academic Evaluation (ICAE) is the leading non-profit, public benefit association of
international credential evaluation services. ECAE is committed to setting the standard for the academic evaluation
industry. With professors worldwide, we have a clearer view of education standards in every country than any other
organization. Because most countries (including the United States) have no agency to oversee academic evaluation. ICAE
is committed to setting the gold standard of excellence for the profession. When you engage any member of ICAE, you are

client. ICAE is the vanguard of the reputable credential evaluation services. Its mission and purpose are the following: *
Sets the highest standard of excellence for credential evaluation in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Education
Guidelines, UNESCO legally binding instruments and other intenationally established credential evaluation guidelines. *
Assists U.S. state approved, but unaccredited colleges and universities evaluate and assess their academic curricula and
academic programs that will be submitted with their applications for national or regional accreditation. *Promotes
academic excellence among its members through continuing education, training and educational research. *
Invites membership of reputable credential evaluation services, worldwide.
* Establishes ways and means for consumer protection against unscrupulous credential evaluation services
in conjunction with the government offices and the U.S. Better Business Bureau.
